Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rowsfore LLC, doing business as Football Intelligence Studio, a [state of organization] limited liability company, [mailing address] ("FIS," "we," "us"). They cover fisbuilder.com, the FIS Studio and the six FIS apps (FIS Roster Architect, FIS Draft Board, FIS Prospect Lab, FIS Free Agency, FIS Trade Builder and FIS Game Intelligence), including beta versions and the Mac and iPhone apps when they launch. By creating an account or using FIS, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FIS is a set of browser-based football analytics apps for drafting, free agency, salary cap management, trades and game planning. FIS is independent: it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams or the NFL Players Association.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the apps. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), and you must give us a valid email address you can confirm. One person, one account: creating multiple accounts to get more free use is not allowed, and we may merge, limit or close accounts that do. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done with your account.
3. Licenses and plans
FIS is offered in tiers: Amateur (free), Pro and Hall of Fame (paid subscriptions), and Custom (set up per organization). What each tier includes is shown on our pricing page and in each app's license menu. We may add, change or retire features; if we remove a core feature from a paid tier you've paid for, you can ask for a prorated refund of the unused part of your current billing period. Features marked "planned" or "coming soon," including the FIS AI Agent, are not part of what you buy today and may never be released.
Launch offers, such as presenter mode on Amateur for a limited time, last only for the period we state.
4. Payment, renewals and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, taxes, invoices and billing are governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Free trials, such as the 7-day Pro trial for content creators, end on the date shown at sign-up; cancel before then and you won't be charged. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout. 5. Football data and estimates
Player, contract, salary cap, draft and game data in FIS comes from public sources, including news reports and nflverse (CC BY 4.0), and is processed by our models. Contract and cap figures are estimates built from public reporting and the rookie wage scale; most aren't confirmed and won't match a team's exact books. Grades, values, projections, game plans and other outputs are model estimates, not facts or professional advice. Confirm important numbers before relying on them. FIS is for analysis and entertainment; it isn't betting, financial or legal advice.
6. Your work
The grades, rosters, contracts, boards, plans, notes and files you create or upload are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to upload anything you import.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use FIS to break the law; to commit fraud or send spam; to infringe anyone's intellectual property; to interfere with or test the security of the service; to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute FIS data or apps (outside the sharing allowed below); to get around license limits or branding; or to impersonate others.
8. Streaming and sharing
You may show FIS screens on your streams, videos and posts, and share printouts, PDFs and images you make in the apps, as long as the Football Intelligence Studio branding the apps add stays visible. Custom licenses may include their own branding by agreement.
9. Our property
FIS, its apps, models, design, logo and content (other than your work and third-party data) belong to Rowsfore LLC and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use FIS under your license; they don't transfer any ownership.
10. Planned features
Some features, including the FIS AI Agent, are planned and depend on funding. They aren't guaranteed and aren't included in today's prices. If an AI feature is released, its answers may be wrong; check them before relying on them.
11. Availability
We work to keep FIS running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Data updates can be late or incomplete.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, FIS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FIS isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made using FIS outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in [county, state], unless your local consumer law gives you a different right.
16. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell you by email or in the apps before they take effect. Continuing to use FIS after a change means you accept it.
