Refund Policy

If FIS isn't right for you, you can get your money back. This policy covers Pro and Hall of Fame subscriptions bought on fisbuilder.com.

1. 14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including a renewal, for any reason.

2. How to ask

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request a refund at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you used at checkout), or email support@fisbuilder.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank. When a refund is issued, the paid license it covers ends.

3. Free trials

If you cancel a free trial, such as the 7-day Pro trial for content creators, before it ends, you won't be charged.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew. If you're past the 14-day window, cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period.

5. Custom licenses

Custom licenses are set up per organization, and their refund terms are in that organization's agreement.
