Football Intelligence Studio ("FIS," "we," "us"), powered by Rowsfore, makes football apps for front offices, coaches, creators and fans. This policy explains what information we collect when you use fisbuilder.com and the FIS apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the apps and reach you, we don't sell your information, and the grades, rosters and plans you build are yours.

1. Who we are

The website and apps are operated by Rowsfore LLC, doing business as Football Intelligence Studio, a [state of organization] limited liability company, [mailing address]. This policy covers fisbuilder.com, the FIS Studio and the six FIS apps (FIS Roster Architect, FIS Draft Board, FIS Prospect Lab, FIS Free Agency, FIS Trade Builder and FIS Game Intelligence), including beta versions, and the Mac and iPhone apps when they launch.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Sign-up requests and emails. Whatever you choose to include when you email us, such as your name, email address, team, organization or channel, and the plan you're interested in.
  • Messages to support. Anything you send to support@fisbuilder.com.
  • Your account. When accounts launch: your email address, your sign-in details (passwords are stored only in hashed form, or you sign in with an emailed link), and which apps and license tier you have.
  • What you build in the apps. Grades, rosters, contract entries, notes, draft boards, trade ideas, game plans and other work you create, plus files you upload to import data (CSV, Excel and PDF). See Your work in the apps.
  • Payments. Paid plans are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the purchase, your plan, country and email address, and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, never the full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosting providers record technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and the time. We use these to keep the service running and secure.
  • Error reports. If a page fails, we may record technical details of the error (not the content of your work) so we can fix it.
  • Settings saved in your browser. The website and apps save a few preferences on your own device, such as light or dark mode, your last selections and the website's customize settings. These stay in your browser and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

We don't use advertising cookies, and today we don't use third-party analytics or tracking tools. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy first.

Football data in the apps about NFL players and prospects (stats, contracts, measurements) comes from public sources and isn't information about you.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the apps: sign you in, save your work and give you the features your license includes.
  • To answer sign-up requests and support messages, and to send you service messages about your account, your license or changes to these terms.
  • To send product news, but only if you've asked for it. Every such email has a way to unsubscribe.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run FIS, under agreements that limit what they can do with it:

  • Cloudflare hosts and protects fisbuilder.com.
  • Google Fonts serves the website's fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
  • Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes orders, payments, taxes, refunds and billing support.
  • Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in; [hosting provider for the apps, e.g. Vercel]; and [email provider, e.g. Resend], once those services launch.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of FIS, our users or others, or as part of a merger, sale or similar transaction, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

5. Your work in the apps

The grades, rosters, plans and files you create or upload belong to you. Each account's work is kept separate: other users can't see it unless you share it. We don't sell it, publish it or use it to grade players for anyone else. We access it only to run the service, when you ask for help, or when the law requires it. Uploaded files are used to import your data and aren't shared with anyone.

Team and Custom licenses can bring their own personnel grades and cap data. That data stays within your organization's account.

6. How long we keep it

  • Sign-up requests and support messages: up to [24] months, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Your account and your work: while your account is open. After you close it, we delete it within [30] days, except for backups, which roll off within [90] days, and records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
  • Server and security logs: up to [90] days.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you product news, by emailing support@fisbuilder.com. We'll verify the request comes from you and reply within [30] days. Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado and other U.S. states, and the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them. You won't be treated differently for using them.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only in hashed form, limit who can access user data, and check uploaded files before reading them. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

9. Where information is stored

FIS is run from the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States [and wherever our service providers operate]. If you use FIS from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred there.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also notify you by email or in the apps before they take effect.
